All orders are shipped with DHL or GLS, depending on the destination.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
- Italy: 2–3 business days
- International: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs Shipping is complimentary on all orders, worldwide.
International shipping We ship to all countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Elitter Milano is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Order tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
